No warranty; illustrations only

Projections are estimates that depend entirely on the assumptions you enter and on simplified models (frozen tax bands, flat growth, no allowance for sequence-of-returns risk, drawdown tax, or care costs). Real outcomes will differ. The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. UK inheritance-tax and pension rules change; figures may be out of date.

Your data and backups — your responsibility

We do not store, transmit, back up, or have access to your data. Your file lives only on your device (and, if you use a cloud-synced folder, in your own cloud account). Because we keep no copy, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, corruption, or inaccuracy of data, nor for any decision made, or action taken, in reliance on this tool. You use Estate Tracker entirely at your own risk. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
